If possible, when submitting please delete the "m." from "en.m.wikipedia.org". This will ensure people clicking from desktop will get the full Wikipedia website.
Use the search box to see if someone has previously submitted an article. Some apps will also notify you if you are resubmitting an article previously shared on Lemmy.

The overweight rambling lead is unfortunately a bit of a common problem. I would do something to fix it (this is one of my usual topics) but alas I'm not keen to blow my cover here! It might get a tidy-up if you lobby for it hard enough on the talk page. Alternatively, consider doing it yourself, just make sure to announce your plans first.
