I wouldn't say "full" more "infested with". like every surface of every institution is coated with a biofilm of these braying, hooting animals.
like a food processing factory, the whole thing needs to be shut down for a week while everything is systematically dismantled, washed with detergent to remove any rotten/fecal debris, then sprayed with a sanitizer and left to the open air for maximum contact time, then reassembled and started back up in stages with rapid protocol testing to make sure everything is safe and nothing was missed before production is ramped back up.
