I'm disappointed in the Biden Administration and the ACLU for bringing this case to the conservative-majority Supreme Court. I'm also disappointed with Chase Strangio's frankly terrible, easily dismantled legal arguments. Going forward, there are other civil rights organizations to donate money to, and my trust in the ACLU has been severely shaken. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

I'm truly sorry that HB1 passed in Tennessee, but was it worth making trans healthcare for minors illegal nationwide?

I sort of knew this was going to happen from the start. We had no chance from the start. At least the ruling wasn't worse, for now. Hopefully this doesn't open the gates for an adult nationwide ban too. Erin Reed tweeted that this might set a precedent to legally discriminate against people with gender dysphoria in a way that doesn't technically constitute sex discrimination.

> Conservative bigots fearmonger about queer children

> Conservatives corrupt all levels of the judiciary with fraudulent cranks

> Conservatives seize and nakedly politicize the DoJ

"You know who I blame? Progressives!"
