Not gonna jump on a Kickstarter but I like the idea behind this. Does anyone have experience with these automatic brake lights? They don't seem like the best idea to me but I'm open to being convinced.

I have an auto brake light integrated in my back light, works flawlessly and I find it a great addition to biking safely. I can also run the brake light without the backlight.

My dad recently picked up an automated brake light from the ALDI centre isle... so there are cheap options out there to try (and I imagine poor quality). But the tech wouldn't be too complex i wouldn't think - using an accelerometer.
They've had this tech in after market brake lights for motos for a while now.
