The difference between a malicious idiot who lucked into power vs a malicious idiot that has now accumulated a cohort of even more malicious collaborators that actually know what they're doing.

Too many people were convinced this would just be the same as the last 4 years with him. I wonder if they've realized yet how wrong that assumption was.
