Radu the Handsome and Mehmed were probably fucking, according to contemporary sources.

The rest are, I believe, just variations of different jokes (hatesex from Vlad wanting to kill/impale Mehmed, the double-entendre of 'conquered' for Constantine XI, the power dynamics of being someone's superior for Mahmud Pasha)
