Some cats refuse to wear collars or it irritates their skin so owners don't make them. Some owners often just don't choose to. Don't worry, kitty is most likely out by themselves
It does have a collar. It sounds like I should just leave it? I'm surprised to see a kitten out at night in my apartment complex, that doesn't see like the kind of thing most people do in my area but I don't really know 🥲

Okay, thank you for the advice 🥹 I just get anxious easily and don't wanna abandon it if it might not have a home to return to
There's nothing outside in my complex other than a brightly lit parking lot and a highway, so I'm not used to seeing any outside cats here that aren't feral, nevermind a kitten
