Wake her up and take her to your place or ER if she is in serious condition. You can probably use her phone to deduce who to call and let them know who you are and where she is. If she doesn't have a phone she can probably give you a number of a relative.If she can't she should probably go to the ER. If you can find where she lives you can probably take here there. Don't let her sleep face up. Then get drunk and take advantage of her.

Yeah, I'd probably try to awake her first, if that is impossible, turn her around so if she pukes she doesn't suffocate and then call an ambulance.

Here in Germany we don't go out of a hospital with any medical debt, so I wouldn't be doing her a disservice.
