Tbf, that was probably a bitch to maintain. A pool is already a pain in the ass, but a big ass pool on the beach…yea management got tired of that after year 5
Putting a beachside (non-car) park would've been nicer
Oh no doubt, anything besides a parking lot. A public park would’ve been significantly better
