That's...a bit different. Iirc the director basically tell his fans to send him those artwork. Dude planned the whole thing.

The main character is dressed up in a maid outfit with a short skirt. I don't know what anybody was expecting.

Also, 3D porn artists are just looking for models to pose, and there's not a lot of good ones to choose from.
