Grooming means targeting youth somehow ? I thought it had sexual overtones. Is there a sexual component in the process ? WP's disambiguation page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groom_(disambiguation)#Grooming) lists this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_grooming

From that article :

Before the term "grooming" was associated with grooming a child for sexual abuse, it had come to have a meaning of mentorship, coaching, or preparing someone for leadership.
