In a "Total Mockery", mocking the out-group is foundational, bullying encouraged and rituals of bullying developed and maintained. Terrorism, "holy wars", and bullying are on the same spectrum of techniques.

In a "Total Mockery", bullying and insulting and mocking of upstarts, newcomers, new ideas, science, progress, goodness is essential in favor of preserving the historical Mosque / Church / Synagogue / Temple / Clergy / Venue / Cinema / Theme Park (Mecca, Disney), etc order.
