Thanks! I definitely was when it began, yes. Was probably developing (maybe due to those in some measure) before the dumbbells, and those are what set it over the edge maybe. I'm unfortunately a stubborn git who usually takes a long time (sometimes weeks) to realize "oh...that's not supposed to hurt like that".

You mean overhand grip I assume? Not underhand? As being the problematic one? I did switch to neutral and underhand once the injury really got rolling but it was probably way too late by then.

Yeah I was talking about overhand being the culprit, in my case at least. You can try mixing it up (over/under/neutral) or just going with neutral grip the whole time and see how those elbows feel? Rings work well too as they rotate naturally through the movement
