Trivialization is the act of making something seem less important, serious, or complex than it actually is. It involves reducing something to a trivial or insignificant level, often with the intent of dismissing or minimizing its significance.
The constant meme machines hammering the 5,000 alternate reality screen games upon the population, people trivialize it.
Fox News language and thinking that conditions minds with wealth televangelism of Rupert Murdoch's media systems. People trivialize it, act like it is normal, and refuse to study media ecology of how it influences every other media platform. When education and learning and understanding is presented how the Mosque and Church and Synagogue do the same thing as Rupert Murdoch media environments to empower land lords and kings over everyday people, people dismiss it, trivialize it, act like it is unimportant topic.
The anti-intellectualism problems of meme-think Twitter-thinking meme-head society people trivialize and LOL and are so amused that they can't even understand what they have lost. Russia has won your heart and mind with surreal comedy and absurd humor, and all you do is mock humanism and goodness itself in favor of mocking and name-calling and LOL at orange skin color and poopy diapers of Donald Trump and side-act Elon Musk all 2024 and year 2025.
It is sickening, sick society, bottom to top, and has been since Q4 2014 when the Putin Media Invasion of Cambridge Analytica mental payloads had been deployed for 18 months. People can not get enough of mocking Donald Trump's image and mimicking his mass dehumanization behaviors on Twitter.

Social media users since the March 2013 "War Against Reality" was launched by Russia always double-down. That's why Russia did it. People only respond to bullshit with more bullshit. People only respond to fiction by craving more fiction. When I predicted the Arab Spring in December 2009 in Austin, I had a sense this was a risk to humanity on a global scale, but I still in late April 2025 get a sense of shock to witness people double down endlessly, Donald Trump can do ANYTHING - just like he said he could, and people will find it amusing. The whole nation could have their bank accounts handed over to Trump and set to zero, and people would still LOL at their own future and children's future. That's what Cambridge Analytica and Kremlin weaponized in late 2012.

Sure, and I'm 55 years old, and I've heard this told to me every day of my life that I verbally communicate since age 12 in 1982. The same conformity enforcers who want to wreck you for using language outside of their ego system.
This is why I traveled to the South America (Arica, Chile) to live in 2004, how I predicted the Arab Spring on December 16, 2009 from Austin Texas study of social media systems and the newly emerging smartphone culture, and went to Algeria in North Africa on December 3, 2010 - and over to the Middle East for the Syria war outbreak to monitor in Amman Jordan in March 2011 for a couple years.
I just couldn't believe how much people murder and kill and go to war with each other over the most superficial shallow values of language and communications. But after all that experience in Africa / Middle East, I fully understood and recognized what was happening when Cambridge Analytica and Russia unleashed on the World Wide Web in March 2013 the 5,000 language and communications alternate reality game patterns onto Reddit, Twitter, news comment sections... because the way to wreck human minds more than any other way is to communicate slightly differently.

As I have been doing full time since December 16, 2009 - I can only try to get people to recognize the danger this poses to humanity when Hate Harder is their core value and faith.
The fact they are addicted to Tweet-length and Tweet-think is the problem. Neil Postman's book is only 184 pages, it is in any used bookstore from 1985 for probably $6 cost. "large amounts of text, not knowing someone’s credentials" - Neil Postman is not difficult to read, there are even videos that cut the subject down to brief consumption.

I understand what you are saying, that TLDR and ELI4 stuff sells better. I have known that since Neil Postman's book came out in 1985. I'm entirely self-aware of how I communicate and the kind of craving and advice you have about how to mimic Donald Trump and Elon Musk and be much more popular in year 2025 on social machine systems.
Nobody can help them, so far. The problem has in no way been solved. It is entirely out of control, unstoppable since unleashed in March 2013.
Yes, Russia won their hearts and minds. America lost an information war, nobody defended them.
No defense or solution has been found to the Kremlin + Cambridge Analytica 5,000 alternate reality screen games. People are unable to resist self-destruction and mass dehumanization, egomania, outcomes.
People in USA have consistently choose to attack Americans and dehumanize Americans instead of gong to Neil Postman's book or choosing to listen to !Malala@lemm.ee or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr on why Hate Harder is a horrible idea and will wreck the entire world, which we are well on the way in April 2025 USA. Neil Postman's book has been rotting on the bookshelf since 1985. But the 5,000 alternate reality screen games CA and Kremlin cooked up are just too attractive to people.

В чем заключалась наша идея с Дональдом Трампом?
За четыре года и два дня.. необходимо было пробраться ко всем в мозг и захватить все возможные средства массового восприятия действительности. Обеспечить победу Дональда на выборах президента США. После чего создать политический союз между Соединенными Штатами, Францией, Россией (и ещё рядом других государств) и установить новый мировой порядок.
Четыре года и два дня - это с одной стороны очень большой срок, а с другой очень маленький. Наша идея была безумна, но реализуема. Для того, чтобы в этом во всем разобраться для начала нужно было "оцифровать" все возможные виды современного человека.
Дональд решил пригласить для этой задачи - специальный научный отдел "Кембриджского университета".
Британские учёные из Cambridge Analytica предложили сделать из 5 тысяч существующих человеческих психотипов - "идеальный образ" возможного сторонника Трампа. Затем.. положить этот образ обратно на всё психотипы и таким образом подобрать универсальный ключик к любому и каждому.
Разработка в итоге обошлась Дональду Фредовичу в 5 миллионов долларов. Но! Он получил в свои руки - секретное супер-оружие. Кто занимался таргетированной рекламой.. поймёт, что это значит. Помните, сколько всего денег потратили фонды Клинтон и "их сторонники" на кампанию по всему миру? В 5 раз больше, чем Трамп. Зато, кто вложил в сетевое продвижение в 5 раз больше Хиллари и стал президентом? Тоже Дональд Трамп.
Дальше оставалось только загрузить эти данные в информационные потоки и социальные сети. И мы стали искать тех, кто справился бы с этой задачей лучше других.
В самом начале смельчаков и романтиков было не очень много. Пара хакерских группировок, гражданские журналисты из Викиликс и политический стратег Михаил Ковалев.
Следующим шагом необходимо было разработать систему передачи задач и информации, чтобы никакая гэбуха и АНБ не смогли её спалить.
Как сделать так, чтобы даже люди не говорящие на языке друг друга, могли бы обмениваться информацией быстрее всех, понимать друг друга с полуслова, чувствовать тренды и влиять на их развитие? На программирование такой системы ушёл примерно год. Ещё год ушёл на тесты и доработку. В итоге. За год с небольшим, мы установили "Медиафильтр" всем, кого успели подтянуть в наш заговор и 18 августа 2015 года открыли портал Трамп-2016.

I think good is good. I personally think the USA is a hell-hole since Q4 2014 and I've been hospitalized over a dozen times because I can't stand how people hate each other and use social machines like Lemmy, Bluesky, Reddit, Twitter to promote mass dehumanization and hate.
I felt it was a matter of Civic Duty and I contacted the Pentagon for help and assistance in year 2015. I haven't given up on love and compassion just because other people keep teaching Hate Harder to every problem. "I reported it in 2015 under Biden/Obama! At the time, I did not know it was Russia attacking social media, but I knew it was hard core Joseph Campbell / Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller level Mythology, and I reported it! I was BOOTS on the Ground in North Africa Arab Spring, December 2010. I know my shit!" - August 17, 2015 is when I telephoned the Pentagon.
I used to work for Telos Federal Systems at age 16 as an Apprentice during the cold war, so I had some training on Kremlin information warfare.
Nobody else was stepping up, so again, my civic duty.
