Just out of curiosity, if you know the market is gonna tank like crazy, isn't that when you try to short stocks? But I suppose that doesn't work when everybody sees the way the wind is blowing.
I'm just trying to understand how somebody can profit from this madness, because surely someone is, right?
If only by buying stocks for cheap or something... ... right?

Being a passive investor, I just consider everything is on sale and just keep doing my normal monthly purchases of index funds.
