Lol. There are seriously 185 counties across the four pages of that list. And Russia is not one of them.

The import & export totals are similar to Sri Lanka who got 44%

Several of the entries on the list are not independent countries (French Guiana, for example, has a different rate to the EU despite being part of France and the EU) and one doesn’t even have a human population (Heard & McDonald Islands, an Australian territory near Antarctica)

Heard & McDonald Islands! It's an Australian territory literally thousands of kilometres from the nearest permanent human settlement. Scientists stop by to check on the penguins sometimes. It got its own entry on the list

I'm not surprised he put tariffs on an uninhabited (by humans) island. I am surprised he put tariffs on a place called McDonald island.
