Based on their others it'll be a survey that only "submits" if you add $$$
I hate when they do that. Or when they say there's a survey and I think, "Oh! So these are the way people are getting surveyed. I'll answer it to get my opinion heard." But the last step to submit the survey is say how much monrh you're donating.
