"End guaranteed meal breaks..." So less rights than full aged workers?
Nope. Employees over 18 already do not have any law that requires breaks. Not just Florida but most states, like 40 of them last I looked into it.
There's no federal rule either. Many employers do require breaks but that's just company policy not law.
