New York is suing several large electronic cigarette distributors for allegedly selling vaping flavors that can appeal to children.

They are regulated as tobacco products, and I believe the age for all tobacco was raised not long ago to 21. How children are getting tobacco products is a good question. Perhaps increasing penalties for any store caught selling to the underage would help dissuade the practice.
