On street or track? If track, which one? I miss getting all done up in my leathers and ripping on my sport bike(s)

Pheasant Wood Circuit NSW, Australia before its rework. It has much better run off than it used to.

I think this was taken at turn 4.

Earlier in the day I out braked an R1 into T1 and had a tank slapper. I narrowly avoided going into the tyre wall as there was zero run off before the track changes!

The stock steering damper definitely saved my bacon.

I used to love track days on my 600. Passing the 1ks in turn 1 after they went zooming by on the straight :)

I raced a couple years and have had the pleasure of visiting a number of tracks within a few 100 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio (Mid Ohio, Grattan, Pitt, Putnam, Nashville Speedway, Autobahn)... This was back in the mid 2000s

Been able to get back to a few of them on 4/wheels the last few years too.

So much fun!

I raced a 2004 Suzuki GSXR600. Belows a picture before it was turned full race (at Deals Gap / Tail of the Dragon) in Tennessee /North Carolina.

Man I loved that bike!

I still have the ZX6R and Im planning on doing a few track days this year. I wouldn’t mind getting into racing now that I have the disposable income!

I wish I had that many track options. I would need to travel over twice that distance to ride that many tracks.
