Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

Recipe. I didn't have white spelt, so I replaced that with regular bread flour. I also added 10 grams of vital wheat gluten. I get most of my bread recipes from this site with good results.
