Question says it all. I’ve noticed lately that these types of characters/stories really pique my interest. For most movies I find myself scrolling thru my phone during the movie, but there’s something about watching someone dedicate their life to one craft or watching them slowly implode.

Have seen: The Wrestler, Black Swan, Nightcrawler, Requiem for a Dream, The Aviator, Whiplas
