The Ukrainian military is dropping Korean-language leaflets urging North Korean troops fighting on Russia’s side of the war to “Surrender today and join South Korea tomorrow,” Radio Free Asia has learned.

Probably yes, South Korea is readily accept anyone from North Korea, tons of cases where it happened and they just accept any asylum seeker from the north. I think they still believe in reunification while Kim is increasingly hostile toward them.

Not to mention the intel they will bring to south korea.
