Israel's military said on Thursday it had detected "suspects" in several areas in southern Lebanon, calling this a violation of a ceasefire with Hezbollah.

Israeli military strikes killed at least 17 Palestinians across the Gaza Strip on Thursday, medics say.

Months of efforts to negotiate a ceasefire in Gaza have yielded scant progress, and negotiations are now on hold.

Iran is one of the forces behind the destabilization of Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.

Might as well claim French Canada was one of the forces behind the destabilization of the American Colonies.

Revolutionary Iran only came into existence because of the destabilizing forces plaguing the region. They're as caught up in the maelstrom of the Great Game as Egypt, Turkey, and Ukraine.

The Iranian regime is nothing but evil.

If all you can see in Iran is evil, you're not looking into a window. You're looking into a mirror.

Iran (government, not people) is an islamistic state.

Is that what's really got you ruffled? They dared to believe a different version of the Abrahamic mythology than your country's leadership?

Gay? Execution, woman with no head covering? Rape to death. Non Muslim that got assaulted by a Muslim? I hope you won’t defend yourself, else you too will be execute.

You're describing Saudi Arabia, our staunch ally and friend. Careful how loudly you complain about these policies or you'll get filmed walking backwards out of a Saudi embassy, never to be seen or heard from again.

All this regime offers is death and oppression

Pick up a history book. The '79 revolution liberated Iranians from death and oppression. The biggest threat to Iranians today comes from Israeli bombers supplied by American military industrialists.

Remove that Sword of Damocles from their heads and the country doesn't need to dedicate huge chunks of GDP to national defense. They'll be on par with Germany or Japan within a decade.
