Section 3 of the 20th Amendment says the President or president elect. If Biden is elected and dies/resigns before inauguration, then Kamala Harris legally becomes president at inauguration
I don't know how chuds would respond though. I don't know if they hate Biden or Harris more. They seem to think Harris is a secret Marxist tankie or something, which would be really funny though
I would watch the shit out of a movie about a Marxist sleeper agent as VP who is getting blasted with Xanax to deal with what she has to do to get into office and push the communism button
