For the identification of mysterious objects

Original Title: Does anyone recognize this? It’s maybe made of tin or something? Found it while metal detecting in an area that goes back to the 1860s. Has images of a dog, cat, and rabbit around the edge. It is very thin metal and light weight. I’d say it’s about 3 inches in diameter.

Found this small white fiberglass-like tube with a cotton interior today near a foundation. One of them was burned on one end. There were numerous of them and all were very small. (i.redd.it)
