Hello! I found several thread on this but none of them is 2025! I’ve followed the instruction from the other thread, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Anybody have an idea how to make Mullvad VPN work in fire stick in 2025?

I heard from someone else on here that your IP addresses on your proxies are rotated mutliple times per hour.

That's all well and good, but I think it would be a lot better if you took down the publicly accessible list of your proxy's IP addresses. Keep the locations up, just remove the information about the IP addresses.

Hello, are ip addresses of mullvadvpn shared between all users for example can two person using mullvad in different parts of the world can have same ip address if they are connected to same vpn server in mullvad system?

While connected to the VPN, I get only one connection in my Bitcoin Core (if any). Without VPN works fine. How can I mask my IP address to other nodes through Mullvad?

I'm using Mullvad in Lockdown Mode. Today, the Mullvad connection dropped for some reason. I tried to reconnect, but it didn’t work. Out of frustration, I logged out of my Mullvad account while Lockdown Mode was still active. Now I can't access the internet at all—not even to log back into my account—because the connection is blocked.

Please help me get out of this situation.

Cant connect to these servers , I have checked to connect using obfuscation and mobile data also its not happening, is it me or anyone else facing the same. In the mullvads sever list they are telling that they are online.

Hi everyone!

I’ve been struggling with this for over a week now and I’m honestly frustrated. I tested this setup on DD-WRT for several days, but I couldn’t get it to work as I hoped. It seems that neither DD-WRT, OpenWRT, nor Asuswrt-Merlin has a built-in way to properly prioritize multiple WireGuard VPN tunnels.

What I want is very simple in theory:

• Use VPN #1 as long as it’s online
• If VPN #1 goes offline, failover to VPN #2
• When VPN #1 comes back online, automatically switch back to VPN #1 again (fallback)

The backup VPN #2 could be a OpenVPN solution, it dont matter as long a the VPN #1 is wireguard.

Do you guys have any advice? I asked NordVPN but they didnt know lol :)

Thanks in advance for any help or ideas! I am kinda newbie so advanced solutions is not for me ._.

When I connect to Washington, DC servers, I sometimes get redirected to European versions of sites.

I'd like to send some cash to mullvad to fund my account, but I have no idea how long it would take first class mail to get there. I'd like to send it priority or express. Is this ok? I noticed that their payment instructions say to avoid registered mail, so I'm just looking to confirm priority and/or express is ok.

As a separate question, are the vouchers available on Amazon truly as private? I would think yes if it's scratch-off, but could imagine a way to tie the purchase to some kind of number on the card if Amazon really wanted to...

A few months back, I sent in my renewal payment for Mullvad, which I do once a year. I sent in cash Euros, exactly as directed by the cash payment directions. Today, I got a two-day notice that my account is about to expire and that I need to add funds. First, I am bitter that my ~50 or 60 euro payment got lost/mishandled and wasn't applied to my account. That is a hefty chunk of change. Then again, I guess that is the risk of totally anonymous cash payments through the mail. Second, I am annoyed that Mullvad only gave me a pop-up warning two days beforehand. Now, I am forced to use a credit card out of desperation. I read over their policies, and it would seem that the info that could personally identify my payment is deleted after 40 days. I may pay for a few years upfront, just to minimize my traceable footprint.

My subscription recently ran out and I registered with another VPN company based in Singapore at a lower cost. My main Reddit account which I've used successfully with Mullvad for the last year was permanently banned within a week for suspicious activity. It says I can reenable my account if I verify my email but confirmation emails never arrive at my inbox. Just FYI: if Mullvad is working stick with it!

On macOS it usually takes 5 seconds to connect and stays connected forever. On iOS it takes 2 minutes to get a connection that lasts for 10 seconds. Any idea what's happening? (physical location is China)

I have a new account and since I'm using Mullvad reddit keeps suspending my account. I've narrowed it down to this being the reason. If I post more than one or two comments a day I'll get suspended cause reddit will flag me as a spammer. As soon as I comment and it doesn't go through I know I've been suspended. I've tried reddit help, but they don't even answer and I'm pretty sure it's all bots anyway.

I don't know what the heck to do and I'm not giving reddit my IP address, I just don't do that. This is my second post on this, yesterday my post got deleted and that account has already been suspended after two or three comments on reddit. I haven't been able to keep an account yet.

Totally lost on this.

Note: I'd like to reply, but I can't cause reddit will suspend me if I post/comment more than once a day.

This is a brand new account. I haven't been able to get past four or five comments. I've tested this and this is true. They system will flag me, If I post once a day it won't trigger. I don't have any other accounts. So for those asking, you have matured accounts and it might be that reddit has changed the way the screen accounts now. I'm asking if anyone else can try to open a new account with mullvad and stay active past a few comment posts. Hopefully this stays up so I can get some help.

Once a comment post doesn't go through you'll know you've been suspended. The comment will show when you're logged in, but when you log out it will disappear and when you back a page you'll see a "account has been suspended" page.

I've tried multiple locals and servers...I think they recognize mullvad's servers cause I also get "you've been blocked" when I visit reddit even as a non-logged in visitor and no reddit cookies and fresh server. I think this is one of the parts to the equation how the recognize spammers in new accounts is if you have a vpn IP.

I ask any of you with mature accounts to try to open a fresh one and let me know in this post if you can keep your account past a day or more than several comment posts anywhere on reddit. If I post more than one or two comments in a short period of time I'll get banned...tried so many times. All I want to do is socialize on the internet, but this is too hard on reddit.

In the U.K but no matter what server I choose, either webpages take an age to load or simply time out. Never had it this bad before.

I cannot get a number of websites to load on my laptop with mullvad enabled. I have tried firefox (split tunneled) and chrome (with mullvad enabled) and regardless, a few websites (e.g., USPS) will not load for me. Works fine on my phone or other computer without a vpn and has been ongoing for months. Now it's getting in the way of a site I need to use for work which is a problem. Connected to Sweeden. Suggestions for how to fix this?

I usually see post about China VPN issues and need clarification if it working or not. Now Im traveling in China and I will share my setting with everyone hope it will help everyone in the future.

Here are my circumstances:

1. I'm staying in China during 10 - 22 April 2025. This might help you decide if this information is outdated.
2. I purchased and use roaming package from my own country. This package give me access to everything like normal (Google, Youtube, etc)
3. I can't access normal sites when I switched to using hotel wifi (This is when I using VPN)
4. My phone is android and using sim from my country with roaming package.

Here is my mullvad setting:

1. DAITA without direct connect only
2. Multihop
3. Wireguard port auto
4. Shadowsocks
5. Quantum Resistance auto
6. Server location: Thailand (I tried many of them but it not working)
7. No DNS settings
8. No DNS content blockers
9. Speed is reasonable for me (1080p Youtube with small buffering)

I’m a new Mullvad user and I love the approach to privacy and what Mullvad stands for. I’ve used Private Internet Access, ExpressVPN, and others in the past. ExpressVPN was my go to until I found out that they are owned by an organization I definitely don’t trust.

Anyway, after using Mullvad VPN for a month now, I always seem to have the problem that many websites, services, or apps restrict access. I usually connect to Germany, Austria, Italy, or East Coast USA.

Is this normal behavior for Mullvad? Rarely have I came across this type of problem with other paid VPN services.

I can only assume that Mullvad VPN addresses are “blacklisted” or “flag” for abuse or something of that nature. Can anyone relate?

Idk why it seems like mullvads severs are really slowed up showing a very less speeds, than the older times I have like 100mbps plan when the speed test are done the Thailand and Malaysian servers are only getting like 4mbps while the singapour are like 30mbps, is it me or everyone else??
