I've always found solarized themes nice to look at from afar but way too low contrast to actually work with them. Some of the ef-themes remind me of solarized with improved contrast.

I've been using the spacemacs light theme, but those look great.

I stopped using solarized light theme in favor of just using modus operandi bc of contrast. Will have to check this out.

I've been on ef-cherie for a little while. Easy on theeyes like a dark theme without being so... dark.
