Lithium can be used as medicine for bipolar or depression, thus lithium is medicine, thus lithium is good, thus me eating the lithium cells from my phone is healthy

Wouldn't want to eat pure Lithium though. Good BOOM. Lithium carbonate is where it's at. I eat the equivalent of one lithium battery every few days
