ISIS literally invited all extremists fleeing prosection from all over the world and granted them settler land and dual citizenship just like Israel. Why were they not allowed to kidnap rape the Yazidis to death? Why can't they colonize Syira and Iraq and genocide all other ethnicities and minorities there to have a country for themselves only?
