Print them with an Allen key head, that's probably better than a Philips.

Do the layers seem to want to seperate when you twist with the orientation of the head slots? I feel like for two of the four arms, you're relying strictly on the layer adhesion.
My gut would tell me to rotate this by 45 degrees... But at the same time, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
I print on its side. It’s more likely to twist on itself than break the layers.
That's nuts.
