I know the title sounds stupid but hear me out, during covid a lot of people didn’t have much to do as everyone was inside. Some chose to learn to draw causing them to create that content, existing artists had a lot more time on their hands if they worked as it all went remote except for some jobs and a lot of people kinda just stopped caring as Covid and its potential lethality was constantly looming and started making what they liked usually already established sfw artists starting to pump out NSFW content

Am I being stupid, or do I kinda have a point?

I mean maybe! Someone should take a look at the number of submissions on e6 and see if there was a peak during covid x3 People definitely had a lot more time on their hands.
