i haven't played magic in a long time. is that considered balanced? the card seems quite OP...

Powercreep is real. I'm just fresh out of a precons-only match where each one was two years newer than the previous one and the most recent one won with overwhelming advantage, the one in the middle did something and the oldest one did nothing

Seems more or less balanced to me. The have been printing more and more powerful cards, so the baseline power level has increased.
