In response to a recent question from a reporter about whether the tariffs imposed by the United States on China will affect the import of American films, a spokesman for the State Film Administration said that the wrongful act of the U.S. government in imposing tariffs indiscriminately on China will inevitably further reduce the domestic audience's favorable impression of American films. We will follow the law of the market, respect the audience's choice, and moderately reduce the number of U.S. films imported. China is the second largest movie market in the world, and we have always insisted on opening up to the outside world at a high level, and we will introduce excellent movies from more countries in the world to meet the market demand.
