This community is inspired by the concept of text that conveys opposite messages when read in a different manner. oh, thank you. this banner is very confusing.
But what is the context? Would children unknowingly run into a parked vehicle there or something? I am probably missing something obvious here.
Sounds rather like parking + no pavement = child unknowingly walking before parking vehicle
OH, so it's not a problem with having a vehicle at rest in that space. The problem comes from a moving vehicle entering that space in any way in the first place.
Not any, thoughtless. You know, parking without checking if the space is clear or keeping focus on what is happening around.
Or while reading confusing signs, maybe
I feel like it's trying to convey the need to park your vehicle before you get distracted
Actually, it's supposed to mean "think before you park".
I thought its backing out of spots that kills kids more often
