the people who really need to watch this film might not have the capacity to grok that the targeted others: "negroes, catholics, and freemasons" can easily be swapped out for mexicans, gays, atheists, or literally anything else, and the result is the same
If you actually listen til the end and pay attention, the main speaker explains how he defines "minority" and it is literally every trait which can be used to get the population attacking identities, rather than dealing with people as individuals. Unfortunately it's become all too popular these days, regardless of political leanings, to think there are certain identities it's okay to treat as less than others. (Don't worry, it might sound bad, but we're just making up for past injustice!)

Were you aware that, if you knew my entire Internet history, you'd consider me to be "maga"? Yet I watched the entire thing and cared enough about the message to try any help others like yourself understand it.
