Where I live, the workers turn them the right side again. Waste of time, don't rely on this to navigate the boycott.

The irony of doing this and then posting it on reddit though...
The irony of the /r/BuyFromEU mods not even linking to Lemmy, but only IG and Bluesky
To be fair, they probably get closed if they link to lemmy, no? I don't know how hostile reddit is towards lemmy nowadays.
They still have this post open: https://old.reddit.com/r/BuyFromEU/comments/1j0xkqa/lemmy_as_an_alternative_to_reddit_using/
I agree, but don't let perfect be the enemy of good.
Reddit probably don't make that much money per user. If using Reddit makes more people buy european that probably has a bigger impact per person. If I buy 10 european groceries instead of American, then that probably affects the US economy more than a year of Reddit use.
Yes-ish - weren’t most of those store-brand technically produced by (in this Case Lidl) in Europe ? 🤔 I get the point though ;)
The brand is still USAmerican, for me that counts :)
Ah sorry my bad I was only seeing the Lidl store brands on the middle shelves and didn’t pay attention to the lower. Yep 👍
Nice. What is it? Edeka?
-5% .. probably Kaufland
