Same! Cuban communists were celebrating this in my Facebook feed which is how I found out about it. I really hope it sticks but Trump is pretty much guaranteed to just undo it right away.
Unfortunately, the broader sanctions will remain in place but getting off this list will alleviate a bit of pressure.

Trump implemented these sanctions in his last week in office in 2021. And Biden kept them in place this entire time.
