My wife's away in Corfu this week with her mother, so I took the executive decision to book today off work. Bloody glad I did, because it's glorious.
Got a few bits to do around the house this morning, then I'm going to spend the afternoon in garden, under the gazebo with a series of cold drinks doing a bit of studying.
The heats not too bad with a fan tbf. As for what I'm doing today is work, but busy work as they don't really have a project for me to get on with since I finished this one faster than expected, and the next bit is delayed.
But otherwise sleep has been a pain as this year the hay fever seems to have activated my asthma which is fun. Oh and I have massive blisters and raw skin because Dr. Martens are way worse to break in than I anticipated.
I'm so confused.
I feel like a pig in blankets, My bloody fan broke and today is the day where there is not even a little whisper of air! I am dying! I need this heat to end... Winter please come back 😭
On the subject of interesting things... I feel like I should probably get every opportunity to sit out in the shade and enjoy a nice cool drink...
