Is this a generated video? It’s not just that the bot reading the script is annoying, but so many of the same buzzwords over and over without actually communicating anything.

Perhaps it is. Still more informative than the human-narrated doom and gloom videos about the project. The railway is actually in service for freight and has been for a few years, passenger service will begin soon. Etihad Rail will eventually be a part of the greater Gulf Rail project that is still in development.
