I have been using Memmy on iOS, which has been awesome so far.
Not yet also Sync is still beta.

Update: I switched accounts and the install button showed up
User and community filters aren't working.
I changed my base instance to lemmynsfw.com, entered some community and user filters, but their posts aren't being filtered.
Yeah, about time!
