Off topic: Why does this picture look like AI? Its weirdly warm and lacking contrast? I'm not talking about telltale details, I could tell scrolling past

I think it might be exactly that. Its just this specific warmth tone.

Also spottet instantly and looked for obvious queues but didnt find any - except colors and the weird blurryness of the background. Its also just a tick off.

How about the drawer with no handle

E: though that could be explained by wanting a symmetrical aesthetic but the sink is behind the "drawer" panel, the image still feels like AI due to the colors. The papers also seem to only have lines instead of text, but that's difficult to discern due to the low resolution

Extra E: what size are the right side papers supposed to be? I know Americans don't use A4 etc as much but I've never seen any documents printed on weirdly narrow paper like that.

The cabinet doors behind her head also seem to have different kind of bevels
