Disclaimer: Real story

I was working at an electronics repair shop in 2012, and one day when I came in, when I went to the restroom, there was white powder on the back of the toilet, and a straw in the toilet bowl. Thankfully the boss wasn't there at the time, because obviously that looks very suspicious.

I even found it suspicious myself, until I thought about things for a bit. The guy that did most of the phone repairs would use talcum powder to help dry out water damaged phones, and he would do that in the restroom to keep from making a mess on the workbench.

Another employee had a habit of wasting his time in the restroom on slow days, and he'd bring his phone and his drink with a straw in there for over a half hour at a time. Now how the straw ended up in the toilet bowl is beyond me, but at least I knew where it came from.

The toilet water was clean thankfully, but yet another coworker saw it and was like 'eww, I ain't touching that'. I said no problem, watch me do it. Then I grabbed some needle nose pliers, then flushed the toilet. The moment the water level was all the way down right after the flush, I grabbed the straw with the pliers and threw it away, didn't even have to get wet.

Then I cleaned up the talcum powder, and later in the day when the boss came in, there was no evidence to see to even make him suspicious. You better believe I had a bit of a private conversation with the employees responsible for that situation though, things could have went way worse...

Maybe the druggie came back shortly after you left and was very disappointed that his things had been moved.

Wait, maybe they were the boss's!

LMFAO!

Nah, for real, it was an innocent coincidence caused by those other two employees, but clearly it looked very suspicious at first glance.
