Choose either option:

A lot of people vote for the song, since they like it or for them pressing onto the lacrimal glands has worked.
Bots
Israel has to qualify as Moroccanoil is prominently sponsoring the ESC.

              Pro-Israel people all vote for Israel (including ones that normally wouldn't vote), while the other votes are spread out
