This is happening and all he can do is laugh? There’s no anger, no outrage, just sitting saying “I’ve never…” and continuing on with business.

Republicans are codependents and Democrats are the enablers. I don’t even know who the hell the victims are because there’s a huge portion of this country that is ok with this or still think decorum is the right thing to do.
