Maybe we could set up a bot to post a link to each video as it comes out... A Python script running on one of our computers could do the trick.

Fetch channel's video list using something like yt-dlp every hour
Check videos newer than [script start date] against list of already processed video IDs in a file
Display a prompt: new video found: <title>; post video to [!prague@feddit.org](/c/prague@feddit.org)? [Y/n/watch]
Post using the pythorhead library from a dedicated bot account
Add video ID to file
