After 2 or 3 days, I have to login again. I've googled, but have not found any Lemmy setting that would allow me to remain logged in longer than this. I suspect people are going back to Reddit simply because they're always logged in there - month after month. I suspect there is a setting the instance admin can change. I'm hoping that Lemmy.studio's owner can answer this question... or anybody. Thanks.

I indeed do have a Firefox plugin called "Cookie AutoDelete". I've whitelisted lemmy.studio in it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Sorry about that! I checked and the cookies are hardcoded to last 7 days, so it's weird that you're getting logged out more often than that.

Hey, I'm having to login everyday lately, and was wondering if this is the new normal. Thanks.

Weird, nothing changed. In fact, I need to upgrade the instance.

I would enjoy checking out the new features of the upgrade! I'd like that more since Lemmy looks like the future for me (Corporations seem to be drawn to Kryptonite or the Dark Side or something).

I'll upgrade in March, this month is busy and the upgrade has a lot of downtime because it requires moving from Postgres 15 to 16.
