The former for sure ๐Ÿคฃ my headcannon is that @TheDude@sh.itjust.works is running this off of a server in a corner that his bosses rarely check.

I'm here because my first thought it was a funny reference to Todd Howard. And while I like your head canon, I hope @thedude@sh.itjust.works never disclose it, so it stays unclear just for the lulz
