Just wanted to pop in and say a big hello to our brand new IndiaSocial community here on Lemmy! We're so excited to have you all join us.

What's the vibe here, you ask? Think of this as your chill corner of the Fediverse. Feel free to share those funny memes that made you chuckle, those light-hearted pics that brightened your day, or just chat about whatever casual topics are on your mind.

Whether it's a relatable observation about everyday Indian life, a cute animal picture, or just a simple "how's your day going?", this is the place for it. Let's keep things friendly, positive, and a little bit fun.

Looking forward to seeing your posts and getting to know you all! Let the good times roll! ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

I've been using fenugreek in cooking for a long time. Some weeks ago I spilt a bunch of seed on the floor, and didn't want to take the trouble to clean them, so they were gathered, and I planted some in a cold frame to protect from frost. A few weeks of watering, and now I have a little experimental start on eating fresh methi (fenugreek leaves). I've also made fenugreek sprouts, and they are quite tasty.

How to grow methi at home: https://www.wikihow.com/Grow-Fenugreek

Here are some recipes for methi: https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/recipes/fenugreek/
