Intel arc a380 would be a good option, especially if you're interested in av1 encoding. I know asrock recently showed off a low profile a380, don't know if it's available yet tho

Not really that crazy since Instagram has over 2 billion active users month. 30 million is less than 2% of that.
For most Americans, there is no alternative for a car. The tram lines we used 60 years ago were bought and torn up by car manufacturers. We need grocery stores within walking distance, and transit lines to useful places before people will give up their cars.
